Bequests and Endowments

By making a bequest in your will, you can leave a tangible legacy for future generations which will continue to provide meeting the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of our patients and staff.

When one life ends it is always a sad time. With the gift of a bequest, however, the end of one special life can mean the enhacement or continuation of others. You can make a significant contribution to the health care and services for the people of your community by making a bequest. To make a bequest to the hospital, all you need to do is instruct your legal advisor at the time of drafting or amending your will.

If you would like to make a bequest, please print and complete a copy of the bequest form, forward a copy to the North Shore Hospital Foundation and send the original copy to your solicitor to keep with your legal documents.
